What we offer
crack-filling
utilizing hot rubber sealant, we fill in cracking runs throughout the entire pavement. This not only covers the damaged asphalt but reduces the seepage that will accumulate under the pavement causing more damage.
Sealcoat
Also known as blacktop, this process will not only give your pavement a refreshed, rejuvenated appeal, but also is a vital step in performing maintenance on your pavement. This will help with oxidized asphalt, damages from the UV sunlight. and it also gives your lot a rich black color to it.
Line striping
This is one of the final steps on maintaining your asphalt. Your customers may have hard time parking due to the worn out parking stall lines. Once the sealcoat has properly cured, we will strip the entire lot making the lines straight and crisp.
Asphalt Repair
There are times when just sealcoating will not fix some asphalt issues. In these situations, an asphalt repair is in order and we can help with the correct plan and process on doing so. We perform patch work, asphalt removal and replace, pothole repair, alligatored areas and if needed to regrade sunken areas. Whichever services you are in need of we will ensure it is done properly with giving you the best price possible.
ADA Handicap parking compliant
ADA parking can be extremely important for business owners. If not properly designed to meet california ADA specs, then fines can be imposed. We will assure that your ADA parking stalls are up to date, including dimensions, aisles, passage way to building, ramps, signage and number of ADA stalls required based on your lot. Never have to worry if you are compliant again!
Oil Stain removal
Overtime, oil stains will accumulate from cars briefly parking. Some cars will have small oil leaks which stains the pavement while they are parked. We will address those stains by scraping and applying a special priming solution which will eliminate the oil stain from bleeding through the freshly applied seale. As shown in the picture to your right is an example of oil stains which we will eliminate.
